Carpaccio with black truffle: This starter includes one serving of Carpaccio with Tuscan black truffle.

Mixed Salad with extra virgin olive oil: this salad features crisp romaine and arugula lettuce and is topped with radish, Tuscan evoo, aged balsamic dressing.
